Soft washing for everything pressure would damage.
A low-pressure cleaning solution kills and removes algae, mold, and mildew from roofs, siding, stucco, and screens, without the force that cracks and strips surfaces.
How soft washing works
Soft washing applies a cleaning solution at low pressure, lets it kill the algae and mildew at the source, and rinses the surface clean. The solution does the work, not force, so delicate surfaces come clean without being damaged. For organic growth, it is more effective and longer lasting than blasting the surface with pressure.
What we soft wash
- Roofs, including tile, shingle, and metal
- Siding, stucco, and painted exteriors
- Screen enclosures and lanais
- Fences and soffits
- Any surface high pressure would harm
Safe for your property and landscaping
We apply the solution carefully and protect and rinse surrounding plants as needed. Soft washing is the standard, safe method for homes, used across the industry for exactly these surfaces.
CitraShield to make it last
On many jobs we finish with CitraShield, a protective coating that slows regrowth so a surface that would restain within a year in Florida stays clean far longer. Clean, then protected.
Common questions.
Is soft washing as effective as pressure washing?
For algae, mold, and mildew, it is more effective and longer lasting, because it kills the growth rather than just blasting the surface.
Is the solution safe for plants and pets?
Applied correctly, yes. We protect and rinse surrounding landscaping as needed. It is the standard, safe method for exterior surfaces.
Can you soft wash my roof?
Yes. Roofs are cleaned with a soft wash, and for high or steep sections we use our drone so no one walks your tile. See our roof cleaning page.
How long until it looks clean?
Many surfaces look clean right away, and biological staining continues to clear over the following days as the treated growth weathers off.
