We treat every property like it's our own.
Exo-Pro is a service-disabled veteran-owned exterior cleaning company, built on reliability, safety, and genuine care for the properties we work on.
Who we are
Exo-Pro Pressure & Soft Wash Solutions is based in Palm Coast, Florida. We clean roofs, homes, and commercial buildings across Coastal and Central Florida, and we travel statewide for drone and large commercial work. From fine homes to hospital campuses, we bring the same standard to every job.
Led by the owner, on every job
Owner and operator Rob Wood is a U.S. Air Force veteran with over a decade of active-duty service and more than thirty years of leadership experience in education and business. He is an FAA Part 107 certificated Remote Pilot in Command, and he stays personally involved in every project, from the first assessment through completion, to ensure quality, safety, and clear communication.
Why we fly drones
We started with pressure washing and added drone cleaning early, because reaching roofs and high buildings from the air, without walking tile or staging lifts, is simply better for your property and safer for our crew. That same thinking, do it smarter and safer, runs through everything we do.
How we work
We never walk tile roofs, we match the method to the surface, and we treat the full surface so the clean lasts. We document conditions before we start, stand behind our work, and communicate clearly the whole way through.
What you can count on.
Integrity
Honest assessments and honest pricing. We tell you what your property needs, not what sells.
Safety
FAA and OSHA-compliant operations, trained crews, and methods that protect people and property.
Care
We treat your home or facility with the respect and attention to detail you would give it yourself.
Accountability
The owner is on the job and stands behind the work. If something is not right, we make it right.
